    You’ve probably noticed that I love goals. Goal setting is where I get most of my motivation to keep moving forward with, well, everything, but especially my health and fitness. It’s so easy to get overwhelmed and discouraged when things are moving slowly, like fat loss and muscle growth. We’re talking glacial speed here.     Healthy Weight Loss Goals, How I Set Them.

    As mentioned in my last post, I am a HUGE fan of setting goals in all areas of life. I was recently listening to a podcast, Unmistakable Creative, and the interviewee, Jeff Leisawitz, was expressing the importance of goal setting. He said, “don’t underestimate the power of a to-do list. If someone doesn’t have a to-do list… well, they just won’t ever get anywhere in life.” Wow. That’s huge!
