    As mentioned in my last post, I am a HUGE fan of setting goals in all areas of life. I was recently listening to a podcast, Unmistakable Creative, and the interviewee, Jeff Leisawitz, was expressing the importance of goal setting.     The fitness industry is freaking BOOMING. I read an article not too long ago that the fitness industry has grown 18% since last year (don’t quote me on that).
